4. The power head adopts a three-stage manual transmission coupled with a high-power motor to achieve low-speed high torque, which can withstand heavy cutting loads and improve machining efficiency.

1. Bed frame

2. Power head
The power head housing is made of high-quality castings, and the main shaft is made of 20GrMnTAi material, which has been forged, quenched and tempered, carburized and quenched, and processed by high-precision internal and external cylindrical grinders. The bearings are NN30 series high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearings, ensuring the rigidity and accuracy of the main shaft.
